Any questions/concerns about transportation, housing, schedule, and etc. should be directed to him.
Registration Forms: All registration & medical forms should be returned to Brad. The forms are to be mailed as a group. Fill out & sign BOTH sides of the registration form.

Medical Forms: All registration forms must include a physical completed in the past year. Dr. Merle Nickell has offered to do free physicals for our church summer campers who need one. When calling his office (327-2244) please indicate the appointment is for a camp physical. Thank you, Dr. Nickell for providing this service.

Scholarship Forms: Every Hesston MB Church camper qualifies for a Bible Camp Scholarship of $25. Scholarship guidelines:
1. Camper pays camp fees in full
2. Camper completes scholarship form
3. Camper returns scholarship form to Brad
4. Church reimburses camper
